These dual springs utilize a softer initial spring rate over factory for improved on-road comfort while also using a higher secondary spring rate to provide stability and performance in harsh terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel our direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered with properly sized wire diameter. This results in maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

• Designed to withstand full coil bind: you can smash our coils to totally flat and they will return to their original height
• A polyester-based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability
• Preset with a hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging
• Shot peened to increase tensile strength and maximum wheel travel without sacrificing spring life
• Either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life
