The White Rubber Roof Lap Sealant is a non-hazardous HAPS free self-leveling sealant that creates a watertight seal along a roof edge, around air vents, pipes, air conditioners, and screw heads.
- Meant for horizontal surfaces.
- Flexible, waterproof compound.
- Designed for EPDM rubber, TPO, fiberglass, wood, aluminum, steel or masonry.
- Can be painted over after outer skin has formed.
- Contains no hazardous air pollutants.
- UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration.
- HAPS free (no hazardous air polluting solvent).
- Will not stain or discolor materials or surfaces.
- Seal Color: White.
